  • Looking for a different scenic view? Kolob is worth the trip especially in late afternoon when the setting sun shines on the mountains. There are some good hikes here as well
  • This canyon is well-suited to see him before Zion. It allows to know the type of rock that can be found at Zion and recommend you see it in the afternoon when the Sun is behind us, in this way is very clearly observed the huge red walls. There is a great contrast of green of the vegetation with the red color of the vertical walls. In the peaks there are trees that incredibly born in rocks. It is located to the Northwest of the Park and is a detour in half an hour if you are coming from Las Vegas. There is a road that ends at a very good view. There is a possibility of doing some walking routes, but I know nothing about the level of them and were not interested in doing them as long as we wanted to go to this part of the Park. We find very few people and people who had was like us. Take a few photos that came out very well and continue to Zion. After Zion we went to Bryce Canyon and by this did this visit first since not is adequate make it to the end.
