  • We constantly zip by Zillah, and Yakima, and Toppenish and all the other little towns along the interstate between Seattle and Idaho/Utah. this time, we decided to slow down and look at little things....  more »
  • I love finding places like this when traveling around. It's great to hear that it was rescued, moved and restored so that future generations can enjoy it as well.  more »

  • Cool little spot! I especially like the fallen firefighters memorial next door. It's very well done. Large park area to let the kids and pets burn off some energy too. Clean and nice restroom. Makes a great rest stop on long trips. Nice job Zillah!
  • Quirky little roadside attraction. the volunteer staffing the inside info center was very friendly, chatty, and helpful, with good advice and ideas on things to see and best way to get there. it was an enjoyable stop with lots of pictures, of course!
  • Historic land mark . Gives us a window into the past, if you are traveling on I-82 East or West bound near zillah., take a few minutes to visit this site, you'll be glad you did. Small park great to let the dog or kids run wild and burn some of that energy , nice clean convenient bathrooms.
  • Cute little rest stop. Had a beautiful memorial for firefighters and my daughtes loved the shape of the teapot. Bummed it was closed and is only open like one day a week on weird hours so don't plan on going in. It only has a little store inside would have been nice to get a souvenir.
  • Great attraction - a unique repurposed gas station structure, now an attraction.
