  • We did this trail as part of a backcountry trip, but you could do this as a day hike (I'd allow a full day though). If you go during season, you can park in the valley, catch a ride to glacier point a...  more »
  • This is a nice hike apparently 8 or 9 miles. It felt longer, I am used to hiking around double this, but being from the UK our hikes are A LOT flatter. There are great views from Glacier point at the ...  more »
  • Entertainment for nearly a day, especially if you don't hurry. The trail runs from the bottom of the Valley to Glacier Point lookout platform, which offers wonderful views of the Valley. Significant elevation changes. Bring enough water.
