  • Excellent place to visit and tour. Loved seeing and being able to sit on the old and the new bikes. So much information to see and look at to what goes into the bikes. I plan on going again when I can...  more »
  • Service is spectacular even though it's free! The movie was really nice in an awesome mood theater. The tour was detailed and very knowledgeable (whether you're into motorcycles or not). They give you...  more »
  • Don't forget that this is a factory. They do have some shot requirements, think back to your high school science labs or machine shops! They also do not allow cameras on the tour, and all cells must b...  more »

  • I've never had a bad experience there. I go at least twice a year. Steel toe tour is Awesome! The staff has been able to answer any questions the groups had. I've taken friends of mine several times and never had a bad experience.
  • took the "steel toe" tour...awesome experience! our guide, Fred, was very entertaining and informative. If you are a motorcycle enthusiast, you will love this tour. If you have any interest in fabrication and manufacturing processes, you will love this tour. for me, it was well worth the $38 to see how these beautiful machines are assembled and if I'm ever in York PA again, I will definitely do the tour...lots to see.
  • We went twice, The first time we could only take the short free tour because they were in the process of model change. The next year we went back earlier in the year and took the steel toe tour. It was great. Luckily we didn't take our bike or my husband would of traded it in on the spot. Had a great time. Go for the free tour or the paid both were great.
  • The tour is really unique. They ride the motorcycles throughout the building. You see their quality reports on the tour. They won't let you take a motorcycle that was purchased off the lot without a helmet. It would be great to see more helmet laws everywhere if a driver cannot see them in their blind spot.
  • Took the classic factory toor, around 1 hour. Nice experience
