  • We were looking for something to do on a rainy day, so we decided on Legoland. I thought it was a little pricey online and didn't see much to do there but figured we would give it a try since our son ...  more »
  • The Legoland discovery centre is an activity centre aimed a young kids - it delivers a fun ride (savings princess by shooting spiders and bad lego guys with a laser gun), some amazing models and vario...  more »
  • It was a really cool place for kids. My only complaint would be that alot of the interactive displays did not work and that was disappointing. Overall it was a neat experience though.
  • The staff here were terrible. They have bad attitudes and little to no answers about where to find things. We purchased the activity pack, which is basically just a book/scavenger hunt. It wasn't obvious where to find anything to complete activities. When I asked a couple employees I got shoulder shrugs. Many exhibits in disrepair and lacking clear instruction. I feel like we could have gotten much more out of this experience with a little guidance. We won't be going there again, very disappointed.
  • No signs for directions. then once in the huge parking deck still no signs. Their where really only 3 good parts to this place. 1. the ride where you sit and fire lasers and get a score is really cool. the best part of the place. 2. They have an area (unsupervised) where you can build race cars that race to their destruction. They really should have that area organised and led by an employee or 2. and finally 3. At the end they have a large play area for kids where you can recuperate before your drive home. BTW i suggest eating before you get their or wait until after you leave. The food is tasteless at best and overprice like you'd find at any amusement park.
  • Could be great but employees and management are literally not present. Factory games are in varied states of disrepair. Staff have no incentive to fix problems like video screen showing the write photo at the end of the laser princess dragon ride. Whose in charge of keeping this place fresh and exciting? Apparently, no one. On the bright side the Lego build class is fun. Plenty of legos to play with in the race car build area and the movies are fun even if no one is cleaning seats are floor between shows.
  • I am a counselor for a camp, we took a trip recently to Legoland and we found the establishment clean, the staff helpful, and the overall experience wonderful! I have taken my own children here in the past as well, and they hold to their personal opinion that Legoland is THE best children's spot in Westchester. I have to make mention of John, whom we have taken the Building Academy class with before. This trip, two of our campers got into a little altercation at Build and Test, and John handled it with extreme patience and professionalism. A big thanks to all the staff at Legoland, who clearly take their jobs - and their customers- very seriously. We will be back! Cons: The only complaint I had was the fact that a few of the appliances in the Olivia house were not working during our visit.Otherwise, you guys are gold. Will continue to recommend.
  • It's a fun place, but a bit overpriced. Tour really lasts less than an hour. There isn't much lego about it. Mostly a big play area.
