  • This was a fantastic stop on the way to Savannah from Charleston! Picturesque store, lots of cool things and super sweet staff. I might actually just go back there even though there's no other reason for me to make that drive again. We got a cherry bar, a pecan pie and strawberry cider. That pecan pie was so rich and the crust was impeccably flaky. The cherry bar was really sweet and natural tasting. A good real cherry taste. Not that fake cherry flavor that happens so often. The strawberry cider was like liquid jam! It's so good and I didn't even know I'd like something like that! The store is very authentic, warm and inviting with some cute kitchen utensils to buy and even some vintage decor. Very southern, very inviting, very worth a stop in.
  • This place is a really fun stop if you're driving through. Lots of great food stuff to grab and bring home. They do samples too. The ciders are pretty good. Jams, dips, pickled stuff, you know the drill. Great sauces and other condiments. They specialize in baked goods too. People are always friendly, and there's always a good crowd. Fun break on a long drive and almost always bring something home.
  • This place has the classic General Store feel inside , and sells items you can't find in most other places. There are numerous flavors of cider, including Peach and blackberry. There are numerous jams, jellies ,benne wafers , and other Lowcountry favorites. If you are on the way to or from Charleston you really need to stop here. There is something for everyone.
  • I love everything about this store. The decor is adorable, free samples, delicious jams, cider, baked good. We just bought some Bennie cookies and peach raspberry jam.
  • Visited while on vacation. Great pies and sweets. This place I great for purchasing homemade preserves and syrups.
