  • We visited in May when there was not only a lot of snow melt, but parts of the falls were still frozen. That made the falls even more impressive.
  • The upper falls in Yellowstone National Park and are definitely worth a visit, even if you are away from the viewpoint of still quite bweit of the actual cases. The size alone and the surrounding countryside are impressive

  • While visiting Yellowstone, it's really good to plan visiting upper falls. The view is amazing. There is a good trail if you want to walk around.

  • This is truly a wonderful place to visit! If you are in Yellowstone you must visit the Upper Falls. There is a great viewing point (5 min walk) where you can see the falls in full glory. There is a big parkin lot with restrooms available.
  • Great hike to the upper falls with good views and great for pictures. If you are from lower elevations, allow for some time to acclimate to the thinner air.
  • Do not go to Yellowstone without seeing the Upper Falls! You can see falls from two rims. North rim you walk to a cutout 5 feet above a raging, thundering torrent of ice cold river shoving itself thru a narrow gap. South rim you get the big picture of the water flinging itself into the air and cascading down to the depths of the canyon. Don't miss it!
  • Beautiful scenery and very accessible for my soon to be 91 year old father.
  • Really enjoyed this spot, a couple of minutes walk away from the highway. Really thrilling place, and a cool refreshing View
