  • We used to live in Yellow Springs and have probably dined at Young's hundreds of times. On a recent trip back to YSO, we made Young's a must-dine experience and everyone in our group was happy we did....  more »
  • Best place to cut your own tree. All different kinds of trees and all sizes. A little on the pricey side but worth it to spend time as a family  more »
  • This place has a really nice atmosphere and lots to do. We came in the evening, so we didn't get the full experience out of it. But everything we did was a blast. Played some miniature golf (which I c...  more »
  • The ice cream here tastes wonderful and the texture is great. Some store bought ice creams like Edy's may taste good but the texture, just doesn't taste real... There are lots of people on staff here to get everyone served quickly and efficiently. Their selection of topping is great, I love to get their marshmellow cream sauce drizzled over their cookies n cream ice cream. The peppermint stick seasonal flavor is my wife's favorite, tastes just like a candy cane! The property has lots of land where events are held regularly throughout the year, there is a petting zoo, they give tractor rides out to their pumpkin patch so you can pick your own pumpkin from the field.
  • Great place for family fun. Functioning farm: watch the cows get milked twice daily, feed the goats, pigs, calves.. whatever happens to be in the barn that day. Fun events throughout the year: antique car and tractor shows, Pumpkin patch, etc. Kids play area during the warmer months (for a fee.) Plus driving range, mini golf, and batting cages. Two restaurants: one with "quick" food like sides, sandwiches, and treats and one with a more sit -down, "Bob Evans" type feel. Free appetizers at the Golden Jersey Inn during dinner hours. Including their sweet potato bread with cinnamon butter, which is delicious! And, of course, the ice cream!! Made on site. I am not a huge fan, but I am overwhelmingly in the minority on that opinion. People love it and come from far and wide, so clearly I'm the crazy one.
  • Awesome farm fun for the family. A restaurant with great food must have ice cream. A petting zoo for the young at heart. A mini golf course and tractor rides. Over all a great time. Cannot wait for Christmas lights.
  • This place is quite possibly the best ice cream you can get in the Dayton area. They're usually pretty busy, but the service is still reasonably fast. The business also has outdoor activities for the family to enjoy and an actual restaurant. If you're looking for a good family outing and want food and games, consider this place.
  • A great place to take the family! They have great food, delicious ice cream, and you can even play put put Golf or feed the farm animals. Most definitely a place to visit.
