  • Continue driving past the McLellan flats viewpoint all the way to the north resort parking and you'll see spectacular views. You can see the desert far below and as far as the eye can see, and the sur...  read more »
  • Love coming here when the snow is good. Its local and easy to get to! Sunday mornings when they open or during the week is fun. Super nice people, good runs, great vibe.
  • During the summer there is a dirt road off of HWY 2 that you can use (with a forestry permit) to ride your Dual Sport Motorcycle... this road will take you behind and through the ski resort area that ...  read more »
  • A fun place to ride when your short on time to travel further. Mt. High is always trying to improve itself even when Mother nature messes with their ability to operate. Here's to hoping they get some snow this coming season.
  • The park is pretty mediocre compared to others in California, but the prices are solid. The workers are nice, but the girl in the retail shop was incredibly rude and disrespectful. It was very crowded and I was constantly focused on not having someone crash into me. They also did not rent goggles; what kind of ski resort doesn't rent goggles?! I bought the group lesson packages were a very solid deal. I personally am more advanced, so they game me a private lesson on other parts of the mountain. My girl friend got the beginner group lesson. Cody was my personal coach, and he was fantastic. He spent an hour with me and gave me a few drills to work on-- it was a pleasant experience. My girl friend's lesson was incredibly basic and not very helpful. Lots of frustrated faces of people who weren't learning anything. All in all I think it has some pros and cons, but they balance out to a decent place to snowboard. I will be back because it's close, but I wouldn't travel far to come here by any means.
  • WATCH OUT FOR THE TREE You can find me here every season. Usually night boarding but day boarding is the best. It takes a certain person to hang with the night time cold. Last year was the first time I took my 7 yr old son. He picked it up pretty good. Awesome staff, clean restrooms, clean places to eat every season. Look for me (Dont believe a review without a profile name or picture)
  • Nice place to visit when there's fresh snow. The only down side is that once the parking lots are full you have to park on the street "at your own risk" possible get towed. During peak periods on the weekends expect an hour delay once you get off the 15 freeway. Skiing and snowboarding are good, they offer plenty of trails when it snows.
  • love this ski/snowboard resort. not much snow the last few years but they or anyone else can't do much about that. go during the week to avoid crpwds
