  • Nothing very exciting to see from here. One of the locals recommended us this place and we decided to check it out. The roads are quite steep, curvy and mostly just gravel. Once at the top, there are a few parking areas to park your car. The Woodstock tower itself is a short hike from the parking area. View from the tower is rather disappointing. Tree tops cover a good section of river bends in the valley and the other side, which is a mountain view, is not one bit exciting. You can easily skip this place and you wouldn't have missed anything much.
  • Not much of a trip up but a very nice view from the tower. And we encountered a black bear very near the base - so that made it worthwhile.
  • You can see all of Woodstock from up there. Great views.
  • A steep and narrow road to the top but amazing views. Careful of high winds and stay away if roads are icy.
