  • Excellent! Beyond my expectations! Highly recommend it to anyone that likes history.
  • This is a great place to go to expand your knowledge regarding life during the World War II time. My husband is really into this type of stuff more than I am, but really anyone would learn from this museum. We have all heard of the victory gardens, and how the people at home were kept involved in "doing their part", but there is nothing like seeing all these posters and exhibits to really bring it home. It is definitely worth a visit.
  • I've been 3 times and discovered different tidbits in the main exhibits each time. Add the special gallery space and it's definitely worth the trip. (I forget what was there the first time, the second time was the Rockwell covers, and the third trip had the Pearl Harbor photos (very moving).) My wife and I joined as members to help support the museum.
  • Found this by accident. A true hidden jewel. Beautifully organized. First class informative and interesting exhibits about the World War II homefront.
  • Great learning experience. My favorite part is the Norman Rockwell exhibit. I loved studying the covers and seeing what they said about the war in that given month. The whole place is worth a visit...or two...or three!
