  • We are a family of 4 with a 6 year old boy and 2 year old girl. We had so much fun. I have never been so close to lions and tigers ever. I live in the Chicago suburbs and we have some nice zoos but th...  read more »
  • We went when the dells had started to close down so I think they did not have as much at the park as I had hoped for. What they do have is nice. It would not have been worth the full price admission.
  • I was absolutely impressed by the way these animals are cared for. Their well being is put first. The exhibits allow for easy viewing and there are plenty of opportunities to experience these animals ...  read more »
  • I took my 3 grandsons to the park and they loved it! The 2 youngest loved the free flying bird exhibit and the shows were very informative and entertaining. They all 3 especially loved the "hands on" and the ability to pet a baby cougar. At first it appears to not have much to see; however, we spent a leisurely day at the park and would visit them again. The train ride could have a little more added attractions for the extra money, OR, include this with the cost of the park. I would recommend this park for the family!
  • A Wonderful Destination of FUN!! Over 200+ animals of 55+ Species. We had our outing this past summer of about 20 people! It was right around July 4th weekend and had every age present, ... to enjoy. What a fun filled day with the activities and shows made available to us. We enjoyed the pig races, the wildlife interaction show and the feeding of the babies!! The Safari Train adventure also started our day of fun, that went right into the pastures with the young African antelope eating feed right out of our hands! It was great relaxing mid day under the pavilions, ... a total joy!!
  • A lot of different types of animals, some that I had not seen at other zoos. None looked malnourished, but they did look bored/nothing to do. I felt some animals' enclosures were too small, but I'm no expert. $20 for entry $4 for carrot cup to feed the animals, I though pricing was fair considering your in Wisconsin Dells. I enjoyed my visit. I thought the animal nursery was very cool.
  • Great attraction. A lot of species not found in your average zoo. Buy the $4 cup of carrots. I'm telling you nothing is cooler than feeding a giraffe. Also the chance at a photo op with a baby animal is pretty neat. Candy store on the way out. Don't get no better.
  • Zoos in general are difficult habitats for animals because they are not the typical habitats of these animals. This park does not deserve the low reviews it has received. My wife loves animals and says this was one of the best experiences ever. Very cool opportunities to be up close and pet/feed many animals that you otherwise wouldn't be able to. I understand if you are anti-zoo but no reason to take it out on this place. Most of the animals appear overfed. Some of the deer could have used more grass in their habitat,as they have eaten it all. Some of the birds seemed to have anxiety and didn't like their cages. But no where else can you have this type of experience with wildlife from all around the world up close and personal. Highly recommend.
