  • This is interesting if you take the time to stop and read all the signs, our young kids obviously had no patience for that. The items seem to replicas of mediocre quality. Worth seeing but over priced...  more »
  • I've been to multiple locations of Ripley's. This one seemed a little short, compared to the others, and we weren't as impressed with most of the exhibits. It was still fun and we had a great time!  more »

  • It's ok but not worth the price. I definitely feel there should be an age limit like 16 and up. NOT a place to take young children due to the content. First you will think there are two floors but upstairs you will find a hidden fireplace passage way that leads to another level but is very small. The rope bridge was fun and the full painted room. Also there is a bottom floor that is easy to miss because there was a chain with a no wheel chair sign which made it seem blocked off to the eye at first. If you can not walk up/down stairs do not come here because it is not wheel chair accessible at all except for the gift shop. 8$ per adult seems much more on target than their prices right now.
  • Great place to visit. Very large inside compared to what it looks like. Loved the walk through at your own speed. Secret doors and rooms too.
  • EVERYONE SHOULD COME HERE. My family loved this place everything is so strange and if you even looked through and of the books you might want to go here. At first the price seemed high but, you get to have interactive things throughout. If you don't like seeing freaks of nature in the second floor don't go to the right. and then there is a secret place in the fireplace and they display things like human heads and how people were killed. In another room you have to find things and push buttons as like a quest. Absolutely incredible. We spent about an hour and a half. Gift store is small but I recommend getting the 2 dollar book when you enter.
  • Interesting, but most displays were not ground breaking with their information. Many displays looked generic. A very interesting shadow sculpture was set on an out-of-the-way shelf, as if to hide it. The interactive Mayan style room was probably the best part of the site. I would say that overall, it's not worth the $15.
  • I love all the weird stuff that Ripleys has. I've been to half a dozen of them and enjoy each of them. This one has a bundle deal that I totally recommend for my favorite Dells experience next door at Wizard Quest, with Ripley being my #2 favorite. Do not confuse wizard quest with MagiQuest, which is expensive and not as good. Wizard Quest does puzzle room right and has been going for over a decade. There is free parking for customers in the back, which is a rarity on this main strip where on and off street meters are everywhere. An attendant in a golf cart will welcome you and make sure you are intending to be a customer and will happily answer questions for you. There is also a great big open park where kids can go run. No playground or anything but a place to burn off stream next to a fence overlooking the river.
