Water Park
Opened by a Greek family in the 1970s, Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park has grown to an expansive park. Each section is named after a Greek or Roman god, such as Zeus' Playground and Neptune's Water Kingdom. The park's collection of roller coasters and water slides is accessible from the on-site, themed accommodations. The indoor park, the Parthenon, is a paradise protected from the weather year-round. A visit to Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Wisconsin Dells family vacation planner to plot your vacation.

  • My girlfriend, her sister, and I stayed at Mt. Olympus for 4 days, 3 nights. We stayed in one of the village hotels, and the value is unbeatable. The room isn't a 5 star hotel by any means, but they are clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave. The staff are very friendly and brought extra pillows and blankets quickly when requested. Our hotel was within walking distance of the entrance of the water park, but we drove each day and were always able to park in the first couple rows of spots extremely close to the entrance. The water park was included in the price of the stay, which is a great deal! The park is nice and extremely clean, very safe. The rides are all fun and most of the lines are consistently short. There are plenty of places to get food, drinks, or ice cream, which can be a bit pricey, but that's expected at any water park. The bathrooms are nice and I really don't have any complaints about our stay. We never actually ate at the park, so I don't know how the food is, as there are plenty of great restaurants close by. Overall great place and will definitive back!
  • Lots of fun rides and water attractions. Wave pool is a lot of fun. The big waves are really intense if you stand in the middle, not the deepest area, yet there is a nice break between the big waves, so it is never overwhelming. Lots of room to lay in the sun. Nice lockers if you're willing to spend an extra $10. Plenty of food and drink options. Fun batting cages.
  • Old fashioned wooden roller coasters with seats that wont fit anyone over 6'4" tall. I'm 6'8" tall and I couldn't even fit in the go-karts. I can't say other people wont have fun. I personally couldn't. The staff is nice and professional enough. My group got in the door for $6 each, but the price for everything else was exceptionally prohibitive. A single basket of a burger, fries and a soda was $17. Best to eat elsewhere either before or after your visit.
  • Very long drive way. It took use to another hotel then back the we needed to go. Then they sent use to another hotel. The room was nice but there was no pool at the hotel that we stayed at. We had to go to the main one. The outdoor swimming was done at 6 them we had to go inside. Most of the rides we're done by seven at night and no one told use that the outdoor swimming was done at six. We found out when we got to the park and that you need a shirt on to go on the rides. when we went to return the stroller that we rented. There was no one there and that was at seven.
  • I took my girlfriend here looking for a fun and relaxing week vacation. We left after one day to another resort. The indoor "theme park" was fifteen arcade games rounded up in the center of a very large several thousand square foot building... totally disappointing... the indoor water park had four slides and only one third of the lazy river was open... The rooms was nice and the hot tubes were enjoyable. Staff at Mt. Olympus refunded me half a days stay when we decided to depart. I feel that i was lead on by the resorts employees saying the theme park and water park would satisfy our desires. We felt let down to say the least.
