  • Two-person carts need a cushion installed to protect young rider's heads during collisions! We were stopped on the track due to an accident in front of us, got rear-ended by a kid traveling full speed, and my daughter's head bounced off the rear section of the kart (whiplash motion into the kart body with no cushion in place to soften the impact). Her head impacted the hard plastic/fiberglass kart body with enough force that she had a golf-ball-sized welt on the back of her head by the time we got parked. The staff there were very nice and they had instant ice packs available at the ticket booth...but why not install a cushion to prevent this type of injury? It's aggravating to see this kind of kart design. We put our little ones in the jump seat next to us; we have a headrest of sorts, but our kids have nothing behind their heads. Poor kart design, but easy enough to modify if the owner's cared enough to do it. Other than the potential for head injuries to our small children, it's a very nice track. The staff was nice. The karts ran well. Fun until your child ends up with a concussion. .
  • Had a blast, my 11 yr old and I both enjoyed our ride. $3 a ticket for 5 laps, track feels close to a quarter mile. It was well worth it. Carts were powerful enough to put my 6ft 300# body in the front of the pack.
  • Good fun! My son is 8 and under the height restriction so he rode with me. The complainers here are funny. Bumping is part of the fun! "My kid didnt know where the break pedal was", yeah ok, teach it the color red! Or spend 3 bucks and go around a couple times with them in the cart to get a feel for the course. This is the best advice I can give to anyone letting their kid under 12 go alone. Staff was very nice to us. Best $30 I've spent at the Dells!
  • DO NOT GO. Employees are lazy, the rules aren't enforced, and there are NO seat-belts. Unless you want to be rammed a couple of different times WITHOUT there being any consequences for the other driver, I'd advise you to spend your money elsewhere. When the kart in front of me started to die, the kart behind me rammed into us. Guess what? He was on his CELL PHONE! The rules clearly state that cameras and cell phones are not allowed to be used on the track. He was able to drive off freely. Also, the employees didn't help us when our karts were stuck, even though there were clearly 6 or more of them around.
  • This place sucks!! It's cheap, but you get what you pay for, which includes a free bath in gasoline and stinky exhaust. So if you're looking to smell awful for the rest of the day, this is the place for you. If that's not enough to entice you, then the extra non-friendly staff is there to point at you and give you dirty looks. Go Big Chief or go elsewhere and go have fun.
