Winter Park Resort, Winter Park
Categories: Ski Areas, Beach & Pool Clubs, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Skiing and snowboarding aren't the only activities offered at Winter Park Resort. The park consists of three mountain peaks, Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Vasquez Ridge, which all share a common lift ticket. Board an alpine sled, watch a mountain bike demo, or explore the Trestle bike park yourself with over 64 km (40 mi) of trails. Children will also enjoy the human maze, ziplines, and climbing walls. Grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in the resort or peruse the shops. A favorite spot is the Alpenglow massage spa where you can relax and unwind after a long day of adventuring. By using our Winter Park holiday planner, you can arrange your visit to Winter Park Resort and other attractions in Winter Park.

We have been here for winter and summer fun. In the winter we enjoyed the slopes. They were a bit icy in March. But all the runs meet and intersect which is great - you cant get lost. Great variety of... read more »
I worked at winter park for nearly 5 years during a time of major change and transition. Through it all the employees, community and guests all remained dedicated and full of energy and love for their beloved ski resort. I look forward to taking my daughter there to learn to ski and snowboard. Winter Park and the greater Grand County area will always hold a special place in my heart. If you need a ski resort vacation look no further. It will challenge you as a seasoned winter sports enthusiast and guide you along as a beginner.
We love visiting in summer or winter. Regardless of season there is always something for the entire family. In addition to world class skiing and mountain biking they frequently have events like free concerts, movie nights, wine tasting and art festivals. The location to Denver and shorter time on I-70 also makes it much easier to get to then other places in the high country. Make sure to stop at the top of Berthoud pass to take in the views.
Beaver Village ManagementConfirmation: (1) HI Country Haus 1 Bdr 1 bth #709 Hi Country Haus Check In: 07/16/2016 Check Out: 07/18/2016 Adults: 2 There were multiple problems with this lodging: The place had not been cleaned. There was blood on the covers (Disgusting!) The TV didnt work (took 2 days for them to come and fix it) Didnt get a key card to enjoy any amenities There was dog hair everywhere ( I have bad allergies) and that made for a miserable trip! I video taped everthing so they were able to see all of this, sheets, pillows filled with dog hair and lights, stove not working and until this day the manager has not called back!
Excellent skiing, great staff and really great location. It gets a little crowded during the holidays. The best value if you plan on going a handful of times is a four-pack available until about the end of October for $179.
Great place to visit in the summer - lots to explore and do with hiking, road and mountain biking, and shopping in town. The town puts on free concerts every week. Recommend dining at Dinos - great food and reasonable prices.
