  • This section of Acadia NP is every bit as beautiful and entertaining as the Cadillac Island section without the crowds. Enjoy the rocky coast, tiny inlets, wooded hills, wide crushed stone bike paths ...  more »
  • It's a beautiful spot, no doubt, but it also attracts a lot of tourists (the only reason I didn't give it 5). Still worth a stop and maybe a picnic lunch.  more »
  • This is such a lovely place, peaceful and dramatic. It is worth every mile of driving to get here. The surrounding area is magnificent with view points virtually on ever part of the road.  more »

  • Amazing place, much less crowded than Acadia, best air anywhere.
  • Although I did not get the chance to hike any trails here, the rocky shoreline with its crashing waves were quite spectacular! Similar to the one-way Park Loop Road on Mt Desert Island, the Schoodic Loop Road is one-way with plenty of turnouts and parking areas. Even on a gray, overcast day the scenery was beautiful.
  • Great views and qlot to enjoy.
  • An isolated, beautiful, windy and wild place :-)
  • This is the most beautiful place in the world! I love the crashing waves.
