  • The best aged cheddar I have ever had in my lifetime!!! There are so many kinds of cheeses and the staff is happy to offer samples of any kind that they have. The fudge is aesthetically eloquent. Tastes "okay.," but sure looks magnificent. lol Does anybody really eat the "strong and pungent" varieties, or do people only buy that stuff as a gag gift. I have had toe cheese that smelled more appealing than their Limburger style varieties. 8^X It is all personal preference and I wish this place was close to home, because I would be a regular customer, for sure. Very helpful and nice staff, prices are reasonable and I am still enjoying the resonant flavor of the cheddar. It stays in your mouth for a long while:) Six stars wasn't an option.
  • My wife love's their cheese curds. I don't eat many but will when we get them from here. They also have very good caramels at the checkout which I recommend (2 for $1).
  • Fun tourist stop with lots of small offerings for everyone.. you can't miss the outside cheese motif! We saw many tourist buses come in here and they handled all the customers very well, but with that comes the loss of much of the cheese you desire. There were some flavors of curds I could not get because they sold out their daily inventory. Pro tip, catch it BEFORE the tour buses arrive.
  • This little roadside tourists stop offers a fabulous selection of decadent treats. Everything from a huge selection of local cheese and wine to beers and fudge. They offer plenty of souvenir options as well.
  • Very good cheese and fudge! The selection isn't as high but the quality makes up for it. As for the fudge, I went downtown first to purchase fudge. The only thing you could really taste was the sugar. Bleh! At Mousehouse Cheesehaus, however, the flavors really came through. If this store had more cheese variety, it would have my complete 5/5 star rating. As it is, the quality of everything I tried was absolutely delicious!
