  • It was nice to see, but definitely not worth the $14 admission for less than a 1/4 mile walk. Snowshoe trails were closed because there was no snow, but it would have been nice to be able to hike the ...  more »
  • 14.00 a person what a ripoff it took longer to get the clamp ons on than it did to walk the $14 path. The highlight of this 5min adventure was to toast a stale marshmallow
  • We walked with ice trackers on our feet to prevent slipping on the ice. The falls were beautiful frozen, and we got amazing pictures. At the end of our hike, they had a fire with marshmallows to roast...  more »
  • This is a gorgeous and well kept piece of property. The owners have done a wonderful job keeping the trails, steps and walkways in excellent condition. There are very informative signs along the way with excellent views of the falls and gorge. We were so pleased that we stopped. Highly recommended.
  • I see people whining about the price...$11 bucks a person was well worth the price. Yes, it is only a 1/2 mile round trip hike/walk to view the multiple tiers of this falls, but that money goes to the upkeep of these wonderfully maintained paths and bridges. We drove from Lake George (90 mins away) for something to do, and we were not disappointed. Hearing the roar of the water as it passes under you, was the best. I will definitely return in the early spring to view, when it is all ice or melting snows bring the deafening sounds.
  • Stopped on a whim. So glad we did. Friendly and skilled server. Great sandwich on sunflower bread, with a hearty onion soup on the side. Fabulous views of ADK fall colors and a great little walk trail along the river. Take the time to stop here!
  • What a great walk we had today at the High Falls Gorge. I have a recently fractured foot and I was able to tour the Gorge. The walkways are very accessible and safe. We were impressed with the maintenance and beauty of the new fencing. We stopped several times to enjoy the view utilizing the adirondack chairs and benches. Staff was friendly. We did not eat at the little restaurant. Cute gift shop.
  • Very nice staff And nice view Worth the walk and stop
