  • The layout of the BlackHeath course is gorgeous. They have been working hard to repair it after the Hurricane. Other than drainage issues it was in good shape. The greens we're very fast.

  • I am extremely pleased with the results of Dr. Pamela Ruescher, DC, at the Williamsburg Wellness Center. I injured my middle and lower back several months ago and was in a lot of pain. I don't like taking pain medications; I think they just mask the pain that would keep someone from aggravating an injury further. And muscle relaxers have terrible side effects for me. Dr. Ruescher put me on a chiropractic regimen that included physical therapy and spine adjustments. I am back bowling and soon will be swinging a golf club, things I just could not do 2 months ago. I'm still not back to my volunteer job as an archaeologist at Colonial Williamsburg but I look forward to going back soon. But not only is my back progressing. She asked about other conditions that are bothering me and I told her of my TMJ pain and popping in my left jaw. (I didn't know that TMJ pain could be treated by chiropractic care.) After a few treatment applications over the course of two weeks, the audible clicking, popping and sharp pain have ceased. I still have an occasional release of the jaw but occurrences are significantly reduced and with absolutely no pain or sounds and I look forward to complete recovery. Thank you, Dr. Ruescher.
