Where to stay in Williamsburg

Williamsburg offers lodgings for every taste, including four-star resorts, quaint inns, and budget-friendly hotels. Accommodations in the city's historical district provide easy access to all of the area's major attractions, but they also charge much higher prices than equally comfortable guesthouses in some of the outlying neighborhoods. For a genuine Virginian experience, consider pitching a tent or renting a cottage in one of the area's popular campgrounds, which offer shuttle services to the city's major attractions and provide free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fenced-in areas for pets.

  • Great place. Its nice sized, alot of stuff to look at. Great service. I had a problem with a sword i bought there. The sword when i opened it was damaged and after showing them they happily and quickly let me exchange it for a different sword! Let me inpect it before i left so i knew it wasnt damaged. Happily go back if im in the area again!
  • Who can refuse free samples of handmade fudge and a quaint atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful.
  • This is a very nice place. I went in and didn't want to leave. They have everything and the people who work there are happy to help you. Loved it.
  • Unique gift shop. Specialize in "Peace Frogs" merchandise. Homemade fudge is wonderful. Fun place to visit. Locally owned and operated.
