  • Interesting mini-golf and as crazy as it sounds, some challenging holes. We got there right as it opened, and played a fast round, which worked well with our schedule. Feel it is a bit pricey, however...  read more »
  • During our honeymoon in Williamsburg my husband and I decided to go to pirates cove, beside our hotel. We showed up 30 minutes before closing. We were greeted by two smiling faces, Cassie and jeff. We...  read more »
  • This mini golf place was adorable and fun! We did both of the courses offered. Blackbeard's course was more difficult but also way more fun! If you only have time to do one, do the Blackbeard course!
  • The owners are scumbags who lie to employees about the hours they are hired for and switch them out at the last minute. Terrible workplace like most of the places in Williamsburg. It's a seasonal job so they get away with not paying overtime, as well. DO NOT WORK HERE. Anyone who works for them will find it is a waste of their time. Tedious tasks and extraneous rules: not allowed to have your cell phone on your person, not allowed to use the coffee machine, no breaks, no smoking...
  • Here with our family group of 15 including 6 children on a Tuesday with few other golfers in attendance. After golfing 2 holes we were approached by a gentleman staffer who abruptly told us we had to split our group into smaller groups of four. When we indicated that we had young children with us and would be happy to allow other golfers to pass if we could remain together we were told curtly that we had to adhere to the 4 golfer policy regardless of ages. Please note, there was nobody behind us. It would have been nice to have been told that when we arrived. They said they would watch the video to see if a staff person told us that ( I know ridiculous). Finally they refunded us our money. However, now we have upset children that we have to load up and take to another course.
  • Just to let everyone know that the hours posted are so wrong!......they are now open 10am till 10pm during the week and on Friday and Saturdays 10am until 11pm. Starting Fathers day weekend Pirates Cove goes to 10am until 11pm DAILY..............getting the word out. Thanks
  • Pirate's Cove is fun and family friendly, and they do a great job with the pirate-themed decor. It has a few issues though which is why I only gave it three stars. The big problem is that course itself is very bland, almost boring. Every hole is almost the same; there is very little variation between them other than a dip here or a bump there. It all feels the same after awhile, and that takes some of the fun out of it. My other issue is the price; it's quite expensive for what you get.
  • We go here every time we are in WIlliamsburg. Two 18 hole courses to choose from and they are both well maintained.
