  • Not that great! It was crowded, the lines were long and there aren't a ton of rides for the little ones. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. If you're into beer and sausages, you'll enjoy this place.  more »
  • We were very close to Christmas and we were delighted with the lighting. I don't think I've ever seen something so beautiful! In each section there were lights of different colors. I wasn't too focused on toys because I knew the Busch Gardens of Tampa? We are with children and grandchildren and we enjoyed a lot!

  • Busch Gardens is an ok amusement park. My children tend to have a better time than I do. Some of the rides are a bit dated. I also feel like everything is overpriced.  more »

  • It's expensive, but lots of fun. Since we live nearby, we have a membership which makes it much more affordable. I love the roller coasters and other rides. I also enjoy the scenery. It is always beautifully maintained and cleaned. If you're not a ride person there are lots of shows. Busch Gardens also has good areas and rides for young children.
  • Our second visit, we loved it. Everyone was super friendly, gracious, welcoming, made us feel like they valued our presence (and our money). My only complaint was that when we called before traveling to ask about medical-dietary accommodations (and whether or not we could bring our own food due to allergies), the person at customer service said, basically, you're taking a risk at bag check. At the gate, security staff were completely understanding, and said "of course we allow people with actual food allergies or medical conditions to bring in what they need. We just don't want people to take unfair advantage." I just wish customer service telephone staff had said this, so we wouldn't have to worry all the way there.
  • Great Easter holiday spent at the park! Train conductors were so friendly and shared some great history with us while we waited for the train through the park. We purchased the food plans and weren’t disappointed. So many great choices and everything was delicious! Park and facilities were clean and parking was very manageable.
  • This was our first visit to Busch Gardens. It is huge. I did not expect the food to be so good. Usually when you go to an amusement park it is thawed out deep fried food. I love that they serve alcohol throughout the park. The shows are very entertaining. Make sure you attend at least one. I would like to compliment the staff of the park. Everyone is nice and helpful and there is nothing fake about it. They staff goes out of their way to help you. For example, when you ask for directions they walk with you part way to make sure you are heading in the right direction. The most amazing staff members were the staff on the train that goes around the park. (The train actually travels around the entire park and can take you from one end to the other.) A member of our group was using a motorized chair. The guys working on the train were so patient and helpful with helping us on and off the train they were clearly trained properly. I recommend this park to anyone. It is a must to add to your travel list.
  • This place is the best. I have been to many theme parks, I have been to amusement parks, this beats them all. It is beautiful, it is truly family friendly, and it is fun for all ages! The experience of different cultures throughout the park give a surreal feel of travel, and the food is so good. This is a bucket list place for sure.
