  • We found the entrance to the park very hard to find using GPS, garmins and google. Once at the park the signage for the trails is missing. We had to guess where to hike. The park has several locations...  more »
  • This is a great place to hike and a little swimming. It is free and beautiful natural hiking area. Just wear correct shoes and maybe pack a picnic lunch.  more »
  • It was a hot day. Parking was limited. Many people there in water. Hike was nice, they are repairing and upgrading the hiking areas. The tubs were full. Rocks were slick when wet. Be safe.  more »

  • My only complaints are the litter and sketchy people. The falls are amazingly beautiful and the wildlife is also very diverse. It's nice that they added a picnic area... but there are no bathrooms just a port a potty. So prepare. Great for photographers and families, but I'd advise taking some pepper spray if you go it alone.
  • Has a nice 2 mile loop. Follow the yellow marks. The tub area is very scenic. Small park.
  • Me and my girlfriend decided to see this trail while staying in Wilkes barre before heading up to Ricketts Glen (go there if you have the chance) it was a very beautiful and nice trail, it will not disappoint, there are plenty of places to enjoy the trail by yourself and immerse yourself in nature. The trail was short and pretty easy! The tubs are really sweet, you'll find yourself pointing and going "whoa!"
  • This is a lovely park with great views and good "pools" along the river to swim in. The parking areas are a bit small and the trails could be better marked and possibly made a bit easier to walk on but all and all a nice place for a little hike with adiquite shade.
  • This place is a wonderful and beautiful Majestic Wonder of our area. With that said it is being absolutely destroyed but disgusting juvenile as well as adult people from our area. It is absolutely covered in filth. At any given time one can walk through this beautiful place and find a plethora destruction and garbage. People have broken hundreds of bottles,Throne cans, garbage, dirty diapers, cigarette butts anything else you could possibly imagine one would bring all over the area. You don't even need to go far and I mean literally step out of your vehicle in the parking lot before you'll find broken beer bottles and beer cans strewn throughout the parking area. It saddens me that you also find people have spray painted rocks and ledges that are tens of thousands of years old, carve their names in anything they can possibly and a tear the tree limbs off any tree in order to try to start a crude trash feed fire. If this place continues down this path and the authorities don't regularly police this area I'm afraid in no time this wonderful place will become a desolate trash Heap on the side of the mountain like so many other places in our area.
