  • This is a great place to see hockey. They have a great system of buying ticket vouchers. It works for out-of-towners like us. We call the day before or day of, and our super ticket guy, Brandon, has t...  more »
  • Congratulations Kings Class of 2016!!! Attended my sons graduation. It was great ceremony and a great venue to have it in especially because it was pouring rain..
  • We attended an Elton John concert. The venue was great, staff were nice. Not a bad seat! very impressed.

  • I've seen Trans Siberian Orchestra here many times from seats located all around the arena. Sure, some were better than others, all had great sound and views of the stage. Decent food at the concessions too, though priced much like other concert venues, too high. Still, a great place to see a show.
  • When my girlfriend, my brother, his wife and I first arrived to the Casino last night we were very excited and thought the place was well designed and the atmosphere was great for us all. However, after playing a few games on the Roulette table a guy and his friend claimed he placed the same bet as myself and another gentleman. As an avid roulette player I always play black regardless the odds. When black hit this guy begins to pick up chips identical to mine. I told them that those were my chips and I looked at the guy to my right who also bet on black. He immediately said I saw you put down $10 on black. I then went to the dealer (female woman named Christian) told her that I placed that bet and this guy is claiming those are his earnings. She looked at me in and then said, " I don't know you need to pay attention to your own chips and rolled her eyes. I said that I did and she told me and the other guy to stop playing. The pit manger Patrick came up and as I attempted to explained to him what happened he told in a loud and rude, disrespectful tone, ARE YOU GOING TO LET ME TALK? He proceeded to say that he's going to review the tapes. This event occurred around 1:20am and went I say this guy did not review the tapes he just looked at me rudely and I don't know if it's cause Im a black man and the other guy was white or if Patrick and Christian were just rude and unprofessional. My girlfriend supported me through this we spoke to the manger and NOTHING was resolved. When I went to cash in my chips the guys who took the earnings were directly in front of me. All I can say is Be CAREFUL at the tables. They're rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and do not take the time to treat people with common courtesy. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THAT CASINO AGAIN!
  • Amazing stadium and alot of good events. And Danny that's the casino not the arena, you wanted the place up the street (I totally agree with you) just right church wrong pew haha!
  • Always love the atmosphere. The prices are a little high but the venue is top notch. If you have a chance go and see a hockey game. Go Pens!
  • Love watching the Wilkes Barre Penguins win. Had great seating especially, since they were 4 kids and 3 adults. The price for beer is a little expensive and wish they had more food bundle deals. But overall I love coming to the arena.
