  • Check there web page for deals. This Zoo has grown so much in the last few years. Plenty to do and see, They have put in all sorts of drink stations and also benches every where. There is still a petting zoo many new animals to see. I was really excited to see all the new additions they have added. You can feed the giraffe's. I could go on and on, but its better to just go see your self. have fun. Make it a date !!
  • The Sedgwick County Zoo is one of the area's most visited and popular attractions. I have been going since the early 1970s and it is a blast every time. When my children were younger, we had a membership so that we could visit regularly. This is definitely the way to go for young families. This Zoo is world class and the admission prices are inexpensive compared to other Zoos across the nation.
  • I enjoy going to the zoo but I always end up feeling bad for the animals because they have too small habitats, except for the elephants. They charge a lot but they lost some funding so they need to make it up somehow. It's clean, it's a few hours of fun, the staff is usually very informative if you have any questions about the animals.
  • Sedgwick Country Zoo has a diverse selection of animals from the flamingos and penguins to gorillas and lions. In the summer, they have Sno-Cone machines at various locations in the Zoo. As a visitor, it's easy to see the whole zoo in 2-3 hours. There's a giraffe feeding booth that's fun for all ages, a boat ride area to see monkeys on an island, and key cards for young children to learn more about the animals in the zoo. The main attraction at the zoo I believe is the Jungle exhibit. Birds and bats fly above you and eat fruit in the canopy and there is a fish tunnel with huge fish. This zoo has something for everyone to enjoy.
  • Best zoo in the area. Second to Omaha in my opinion, but amazing. The new Elephant exhibit is absolutely stellar. I'd recommend taking at least 2 hours, hopefully closer to 4 to see everything available. And for you pokemon players... There are 40 pokestops and 3 gyms available inside.
