  • This a a Nice arena But by trying to make it have more seating they took away the comfort ! You are almost sitting with your knees in the back of the person in fornt of you. Plus if anyone gets up to ...  read more »
  • Been here to see several concerts and events. Getting around seems fine and seating is good. Parking is only issue.

  • Pros: The Intrust Area is clean, new, and reasonably organized. Cons: Going through security is Nazi Germany-esque, akin to going through a TSA checkpoint at the airport. The prices on concessions are ridiculously high. The parking arrangement is very poor. The seat rows are so close to each other that your knees will hit the seat in front of you and you will have bruises on your knees the next day. The seats are also so narrow that you will pray you do not have to sit next to a larger person. If you attend an event that is very loud (concerts, monster trucks, etc.), make sure to bring your own hearing protection because I have yet to see it offered at an event.
  • Went and saw Luke Bryan. Next time I will pay the extra for standing room tickets. Because the people in front of us stood up the whole time forcing us to stand up because our seats werent very much higher than theirs so we couldnt see.. Also people leaving and going constantly during the show was annoying because there is not a lot of leg room and we had to stand up to let them get by. However it is a very nice arena and the show was great!! They need to get Cole Swindell for their next country show. I would love to see him there!
  • Went to a concert here and Wichita Thunder games here. Awesome lighting, but the audio system needs work. Thunder games are NOT family friendly. The cheerleaders for the games dance and are dressed suggestively and the arena plays wild AC-DC music. Fighting is actually encouraged between the hockey players and I witnessed the helmet torn off of one of the players and another player of the opposite team beating him in the head. My first thought was that the referee should have intervened. Other than that, there's an airport scanner at the entrance, but I went to an awesome Christian concert there. Lighting was perfect and was very organized.
  • Lot's of walking, lot's and lot's of walking. A compass on the floor every so often pointing North would be very helpful.
  • Wichita Thunder games encourage fighting. One player was hitting another player of the opposite team in the head repeatedly, and the referee didn't intervene! Along with that there were immodestly dressed cheerleaders during the game who dance sexually provocatively in front of everyone to see. The also advertise gentleman's clubs there. Not a family friendly place!
