  • I'm just one more that pay and never received. This is not one business. This is a way to take your money. Stay away !!!
  • Also known as Kalos Farms. Google them and see all the dissatisfied customers. I purchased a Groupon October 2013 and have not received my purchase. Every time I contact David he is very apologetic an...  read more »
  • We went last Friday and had an absolutely WONDERFUL time! It was very laid back & the trail was absolutely beautiful. So nice to get out of town for a few hours & enjoy a beautiful ride. Most of the horses were extremely gentle, yes there were some that I'd say were better suited for experienced riders but they made sure before we rode what level our experience was. Would definitely love to go back...thank you David & all of your staff for a wonderful time!
  • If I could rate them in negative stars, I would! My experience with Sleepy Sheep Ranch was the most horrible example of customer service I've seen. I ordered lamb with a Groupon, the shipping was to be $12. Instead, Dave charged my credit card $93.95 and had to credit my card for the lamb ordered, leaving a shipping charge of $28.95. I didn't complain because I just wanted the lamb. Multiple e-mails, too many to count, with multiple promises that the lamb was being shipped "next week" were sent. Several more e-mails were sent by me without any response back over the last month. The order was placed on September 29, 2013, and to date I have not received any product. I just got off the phone with Groupon and my credit card so they lose the money Sleepy Sheep Ranch received in good faith on my part. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you are face-to-face and have the product in your hand before you leave their facility. I cannot attest to the quality because I've not experienced their lamb.
  • Stay away is all I can say. Visited and worst experience ever. Horses are in less then adequate condition and owner is a novice to say the least. Went to town afterwards to get a real meal and they gave me full low down. Owner is under two Felony Charges. One for Domestic Violence and then was made aware that he is one year under learning horse training and care via Parellii CD Pack. That is just pathetic and explains care of horses. Obviously all about the money and not care of his own animals.
  • We placed an order for lamb with Sleepy Sheep back in September 2013. After numerous phone calls and emails from David promising that our order was "about to ship" and they were "working very hard", nothing has come, and communication has ceased. I'm forced to conclude that David is a scam artist and that noting, including a refund for our purchase, is forthcoming. Be aware and DO NOT spend a penny of your money on this ripoff of a non-existent business. I almost never leave bad reviews but this has forced me to. Don't fall for the same scam.
  • Pathetic! Dave makes insincere promise after promise. I, like others, have additional charges on my credit card with no lamb. I spoke with him once again this morning and received yet another promise of a return phone call this afternoon confirming the FedEx delivery. Guess what?!... no call, no lamb, no integrity. His scam is criminal.
