  • A must stop for young and old. Great walk through to see so many dinosaurs. Very interesting history lesson as well. We will come back.  more »
  • Our grandsons certainly enjoyed our afternoon at Dinosaur Land. The exhibits are well marked, plentiful, and fun for the younger ages. Our grandsons range from 5-8 years of age and enjoyed their visit...  more »
  • Noticed this place as we drove on route 522. Laughed, but then stopped for a look. As others wrote a retro, kitschy place. Who would have thought a dinosaur exhibit in the Shenandoah Valley. Also a gi...  more »

  • An old roadside attraction. Some of the dinosaurs are looking pretty rough but it's a good place to let the kids blow off some steam, and it's a good value. The area is pretty shady to so it not bad on hot summer days. If you passing by it's worth stopping for an hour. If your kids are into dinosaurs the won't mind a little chipped paint.
  • Truly a one of a kind place, with awesome attractions at an affordable price. The staff was very kind and helpful. My son had a wonderful time and was more than willing to go back for another visit. I definitely recommend this place to any families with small children and any dinosaur fans out there.
  • This was a nice quick adventure for my toddler. It was cheap and had a nice gift shop. It has been there for 50 years so it is not the newest looking attraction. It does have a nostalgic feel, like one of the last standing roadside attractions before the tech age. The inside was very clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back.
  • Took our 3 year old since she loves dinosaurs. Also because I live in the area and have never been there. My husband and I enjoyed reading about the dinosaurs. Little one wasn't that interested. Turns out it was due to the lecture she was given about what she could or could not do. Not the shop employees fault. Lol It was raining that morning and I feel the employees should have walked through the place and looked up for dead branches. A good sized branch came crashing down about 5 minutes after we had been in that spot. That goodness no one was under it. A child under that could have been devastating. I know these things happen of course. I was a little annoyed that both times we were at the register the two employees talked about their own stuff the entire time and barely acknowledged us except to say the amount and insist my daughter (3 years old) listen to the rules.
  • this was the perfect family vacation for my family of four. Our kids loved it especially baby Adam, his favorite was the T. rex! after a fun-filled stroll we head towards the picnic and restaurant!! Two in one!!! In conclusion It was an exhilarating day and I would recommend it to any parents that needs a break those screaming kids and long days in the office
