  • If you have a mixed bag of skiers, this place has you covered. Affordable family atmosphere on one side of the mountain for beginners, black diamonds and a separate lodge up top for advanced. No fast daredevils to run into your kids, and SUPER FRIENDLY AWESOME staff. Lessons, packages, food all super reasonably priced (by comparison to Mt Hood). 3 day rental with lessons and lift tickets around $130 for kids. Really, can’t beat it. No lines either. 2 1/2 from Portland. Best kept secret.
  • This is a great place for family skiing and boarding. They were able to accommodate us well to get set up with gear for large adults and small children. Staff was friendly and helped us get sizes and settings correct so that we had a great day without problems. The gear we rented, both boards and skis, where in good condition and functioned properly. White Pass is a fantastic ski area, give it a try!
  • Fast pace friendly place. First time visit was the busiest its ever been in 5 years. Every employee kept there cool even after one of our boards was mistakenly taken. We rented another and they refunded our money back.
  • Stellar place to ski and snowboard and snowshoe. Weekends are obviously the busiest, but during the week, its amazing how much space you've got on the slopes. The backside is definitely where its at with the High Camp chalet serving food and beer. If you're feeling adventurous, head up to the top of Hogsback which requires you to exit the ski area near the backside lift. The views on a clear day at the top of Hogsback can't be beat!
  • This is a great resort. The run go from easy to hard. Something for everyone. The new magic carpet is great for beginners. Views of mt Rainier are amazing
