We have gone to Cosley for years. The little ones love to feed the ducks. For $1 at certain times during the day you can buy a cup of food for the ducks. You are able to pet several of the animals, to... more »
Is it Brookfield Zoo or Lincoln Park zoo? No. But it's a nice place to visit, especially if you have kids. Very manageable, and you don't have to walk 20 miles. A nice attraction in this area. By the ... more »
It's small but my kids love to visit this place. It has a petting zoo and an interesting activity each season. more »
Kids will love coming here! In my opinion, this is the perfect place for 6 years and under. The reasoning behind my opinion is the size of the zoo. I have found that the little ones get to see everything and they aren't exhausted by the time we leave. As opposed to older children getting a little bored because they looked at everything so quickly. Highly recommend this zoo! Friendly staff and well maintained!!!
Kids love this place. You can feed the chickens twice a day (for a dollar each) and they think it is the best thing ever. Small, so this is more of a "quick" trip. If you wanted to, you could see the whole place in an hour or so. Not had for $5 admission.
The zoo was perfect for my small children. The zoo is small enough that they weren't burnt out from walking. We feed the ducks and all the animals were available for show. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I been coming here for 6 years and I think they have charged in a good way and I love the new look. Can't wait to visit again. This place is great for small kids.
Great place for families with young children. We have gone here a lot with our two children (2 and 4) over the last several years and it is always a good time. Very inexpensive to visit and if you are a resident of Wheaton it is free! It takes about an hour to walk through which is the perfect amount of time for young children to be engaged. The animal there are all animals that are either farm or native to the area like ducks, chickens, cow, chickens, rabbits, deer, foxes, bob cats, owls, and more. They have a little gift shop on site and depending on the season a little cafe to get food at. In the winter they have Christmas lights up and it is a lot of fun to check out. A must visit if you live in the area with your children.
