  • There are limited opportunities for older children, and the existing options (such as rock climbing wall) are at a cost in addition to regular admission.
  • The kids love it! Have fun horrors. The toys are mostly inflated. There are many monitors to watch over them. It is necessary to bring socks to enter the space of toys. There are rooms for a birthday and the groceries are pretty hot.

  • Place is great, kids are having a good time. I've been here before many times, but at this time I noticed that the carpet smells are really strong. It might only have to be clean. Other than that I ha...  more »

  • My son had his 3rd birthday party here. He himself had a great time jumping around. The first thing I don't like is the 2 hour time limit. I literally felted rushed with everything. Also the party attendant could be more energetic. When booking my party nobody told me that even the adults had to have socks as long as they were on the play area. Which was extremely embarrassing to my guests who didn't have socks on and were getting kicked off the plat form for literally standing there. The lion was suppose to come sing happy birthday with my son and he didn't show up until after we sang and he literally stayed in the room no longer than 50 seconds, I couldn't even get a picture. Also, my guests than noticed a employee at the food stand using her bare hands to take the cookies off the tray. I was very upset with the outcome and I wouldn't recommend a party here. Very stressful
  • This place has become an icon for fun, for your children to enjoy themselves. To grown up when they need to challenge them selves -possibly in the rock climbing area-. My only concern goes to the new disco inflatable, where kids are NOT well monitored. Has plenty of blind spots allowing kids to hide and mess with the little one. I hope management takes serious control over this issue and understands that we as parents, take them to have fun. Not to be kicked by uncontrollable and unsupervised bigger kids without present parent in the area.
  • This place is a complete disaster!! It was definitely over capacity. No one was manning the bounce house to make sure the smaller kids weren't trampled on. When talking to the manager seemed to not care about the animal like behavior from the teens or the safety of the younger kids. The wristbands given to parent and child had no identifying markers... Anyone could have walked out with anyones kids. Would not recommend to anyone!
  • Should have listened to prior reviews - place is a complete disaster. Additionally, they require a $5 minimum on purchases with debit cards, which they're not allowed to do under merchant agreement. Not coming here again.
  • Do NOT take children if they are 10 or older!!! I made the mistake of taking FOUR and were stalked and made to feel VERY unwelcome! When talking to the new manager........she turned her back and walked away! Needless to say, that was our LAST trip! Ana........you are sorely missed 😒 It was a fun warm place for children of all ages. NOT anymore!
