Kennywood Park, West Mifflin
Categories: Theme Parks, Water & Amusement Parks
Founded in 1898, Kennywood Park is one of the oldest amusement parks in America. The park features 46 rides including wooden and steel coasters, kiddie attractions, high-speed rides, and gentle adventures--some of which date back to the park's beginnings. Try Jack Rabbit from 1920, one of the oldest operational roller coasters in the world. See how it feels to be a rat at the Exterminator coaster. Get 45 m (146 ft) off the ground in a pendulum-like structure and meet creepy ghosts, ghouls, and skeletons at one of the three dark attractions. Three water rides also add to the fun.
