  • Thus was a hidden gem for me. I was there for a month on business, and asked the locals what to go see/check out. I was told for hiking, and exploring this was a great local spot. They were right. Got...  more »

  • Great trails, good views, lots of fun exploring, and dog friendly. Tip: don't overlook the "Self-guided Tour" near the visitors center. The actual trail is short but tons of sidepath exploring that's worth your time.
  • The trails are beautiful. We wish we had tome to hike them all. Some can be very tiring and with our children they couldn't do them. I would highly recommend spending the weekend. Long beautiful trails and a pool to cool off in when your done.
  • I wouldn't say this is the best camping spot in Arkansas. Pros: Wonderful trails for hiking. Less light pollution compared to other state parks. Great, friendly and knowledgeable office staff! Cons: Not so clean restrooms. Campsites are so close that you get distracted easily.
  • Absolutely Beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. Great trails with a lot of breathtaking views. We would have loved to stay longer and do some more exploring!
  • Lots of hiking and biking trails. Great place for camping and taking pictures. I went for a day trip and it was well worth it.
