  • I enjoy a daily walk in the morning while staying here for work. Awesome views. It is a safe and easy walk for all ages!
  • This park during summer/ early fall has an amazing little garden. We had our puppies with us and it was dissent amount of flat surface walk even for them (we also went to downtown and on the new bridg...  read more »
  • Beautiful, relaxing and enjoyable walk where people smile and say hello. Contagious good cheer. Bikers, walkers, bladers and dogs share the 12 mile trail. Easily accessible with parking.
  • Riverfront Park is one of several very nice ones in the local river loop, and it pretty well covers the bases that you'd expect for "small river-front park" as the name implies. It kind of ends up as an adjunct to the larger Walla Walla Point Park that's just a few blocks (and conveniently connected by the loop trail) north. Riverfront's claim to fame is the small-gauge railroad that operates in the park on special occasions, usually holidays. The train has fallen somewhat into disrepair in the last few years, but the local club is making a determined effort to put it right. Even with a portion of its track unusable, it makes a really fun ride for kids on a summer afternoon, definitely worth the dollar ticket. There are also some art installations, and superb views of the river and east side bluffs.
  • Great park right along the river lots of artist and bike riders on the apple capital trail very alive nice setting.
  • The park is really nice with sculptures all over it.
  • I used to swim here at the boat docks as a kid when it was the only access to the river. Glad we have the extensive park system we do now that has grown and great trail system. Bathrooms here are always kind of questionable as they do get a lot of use, but they are there and do work (doorless stalls). Pybus Market is also right here so you can get your veggies and go for a walk/jog/cycle/skate, or use the trail to get there!
