  • Worst concert ever because of the outdoor venue or lack thereof. Only ONE road into a casino!? REALLY, what year is it? So 80% of fans were all 40 min LATE for a show they paid good $ for all because ...  more »

  • Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The soaps were better than the usual cheap stuff you find at a hotel and the water pressure/temp control were excellent. Beds were comfortable, but the walls were a little thin. We had decent neighbors so there wasn't much noise. We ate at their buffet for seafood night - it was pretty good. They kept the crab legs in good supply. The pool area was awesome! They had a nice section for family fun with 2 water slides and a lazy river and a significant separate section for adults. The adult section had several hot tubs, a swim-up bar and a place to play water sports like water volleyball. The only complaint I have is the smoke smell that is everywhere once you get to the casino, event center and restaurant area. Our non-smoking room didn't smell like smoke at all which was really nice since I'm sure they have some rooms that are smoking ones. Overall, pretty good stay.
  • Great incentives! I didn't know about the weekly and daily incentives at this casino. I know it's just luck at a casino, but staff that genuinely seems to care, is always a plus! I know that there are a lot of staff that are only nice because you're spending money there, I'm not naive. But, the last time I was there, I saw a side of a few that actually took the time to help me with what I needed, that didn't include money! Best casino I've ever been to!
  • Made my first visit to Treasure Island last night for the Willie Nelson concert. The only thing good about it was the concert. We arrived a couple hours before the concert, thinking we would eat at the buffet first. By the time we got parked and walked across the field and paved lot...and found a bathroom, we didn't think there would be enough time for the buffet. We went into the concert area and stood in line for a $9 double cheeseburger and $4 water. My husband offered to buy me a concert t-shirt, but when I saw they were charging $60 for a ladies tank top, I quickly walked away. The $8 beers were warm. The lines for the porta potties were a block long, which was just poor planning on the part of the casino. The seats at the concert were so close together that you couldn't help rubbing shoulders with your neighbor. The joke going around was that it was worse than an airplane. So, the concert started at 7:00, and Willie didn't even take the stage until 10:00! If we would have known that, we could have gone to the buffet. Then it came time to leave. We had a difficult time finding our vehicle. It was just a huge field, not marked off by sections or rows. Would it be that difficult to put some markers up? Leaving took a long time. There were very few drivers who practiced the courtesy of letting someone into the road out. Maybe there should be more people in that huge field directing traffic. I, and my family, will not be returning to TI in the future. Oh yes, they also ran out of food and soda in the concert area before Willie even took the stage. We were told they hadn't anticipated so many people. How could they not know how many tickets they sold!
  • Attended the Willie Nelson concert last night. The performances were great but there was no where near enough bathrooms for the crowd, 45 minute lines. There was a constant string of people walking back to the casino for restroom breaks. The staff said they didn't expect so many people. Didn't they sell the tickets? The number of tickets sold should have been a clue!
  • Nice people, decent rooms, just make sure you like casino time, water parks, or bowling, because once you are out here, you are far from much else. The staff was exceedingly nice, and the room itself was well appointed enough. I was teaching at a convention and enjoyed the setup of the class rooms; not bad at all.
