Work conference for the whole weekend. I usually enjoy my time and make the best of it. I scheduled a FULL spa day at $350+ for the day before as a treat for me. (more on that in Spa review). Friends ... read more »

This is kind of out of the way for me but I make a point to stop here, there are many things to do for the family that doesn't involve gambling , they have a water park with an adult pool , they have ... read more »
Went for a concert, easier and way shorter to park in the casino parking than in the empty field. Still not terrible though. Great time was had. Place looks great. Refuse to gamble there for the last 2 years or so, only because the machines don't pay and a person can't even play for a bit. Quicker to hand $100 to the security guard and have them punch you in the gut. That way you can be home at a reasonable hour and save babysitter money.
Went there for the Toby Keith concert. Had to pay $324 for a hotel room that had what appeared to be blood stains on the bed spread. Called front desk and they sent housekeeping who tried to tell me it must have been soda that was spilt and stained it....my argument was that soda would have come out in the wash. Ordered pizza from room service that came wrong and nothing was done about it. Concert was good but the lines for beer were out of control and you waited almost an hour for beer. Then they charged me extra on my card at the hotel and I am still waiting for a call back trying to figure out what they charged me for. Not impressed at all!!
Machines are average. Casino floor didn't have much energy, but the food options are improving. Buffet had good choices, plus Vets eat free the last Tuesday of every month. A few good restaurants now within the whole casino, depending on your mood.
ZERO STARS! The front desk person was beyond rude and passive aggressive making snide comments to other guest about us. We got to the room and was greeted to a fly in our room making itself at home. We looked around and immediately went to target and bought disinfectant wipes because everything was dirty and sticky. The toilet was not cleaned before we arrived. We couldnt call down to the front desk because donna the rude front desk person answers the phone. We will never stay here again! Don't even bother staying here if it's free.
It was an awesome place! Would highly recommend! Rooms are a little pricey though!
