  • Lovely course and not that expensive. The best part is walking the hills and seeing the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina surround you.  more »
  • As you might expect, the course itself is very hilly. I don't recall a flat spot anywhere. The views are beautiful and the course is in great shape. Playing for the first time is difficult as many sho...  more »

  • I've played the course many times over the past two seasons and am encouraged that the condition (particularly dealing with historic water management problems on low lying holes) has improved dramatically). I am still not a fan of the target golf (irons off the tee) on most of the par 4's on the front side, but the greens are good and consistent and the overall condition of the course is very good compared to others in the Asheville area right now. If Warrior would approve a budget for fixing (or eliminating some of the impossible to maintain) sand traps, it would be one of the best public courses in the area IMO.
  • Played May 2016. It is a very picturesque course with sharp grades and angles. Definitely a unique layout. First timers should play conservatively and not hit long, especially on holes where the green is not visible. Had no issues and check in was smooth. Having a course map will help. Well worth the views.
  • Amazing course and easy on your wallet
  • Great community golf course. No fine dining.
  • This is a great golf course. Staff is really the best. Greens in good conditions. Hills present plenty of challenges and the course is fun to play. I give it four stars, there is always room for improvement.
