  • We went to the wave park and water slides, it was great fun for the grandchildren who came to visit from another state. They loved it, their ages were 11,13 and 14. I also enjoyed it at 58 yrs old. I ...  more »

  • Fun waterpark! Yes, it's smaller, but that's great when I want to let the kids have their fun. I can watch over them while letting them have some independence. There are plenty of lifeguards and workers. The day we went, there were some people there, but not too many. Just perfect. The wave pool is fun, and a fond memory from my childhood.
  • This is an absolutely beautiful park right on the gulf coast. The lots at the front with ocean view don't have fire pits or picnic tables but it is a trade off for the view and access to the beach area. The other lots were a very nice size especially considering that most private parks barely give you room for your RV/trailer. Some of the lots were very open while other had trees and shrubbery, it's all in what you prefer. The washroom were clean and well places for access. Although we didn't use the pool or laundry facilities they were clearly well maintained.
  • Park is nice but regular pool charges $6.00 per person! Even when it will closing in 1 HOUR! State Parks should NOT BE CHARGING WHEN THE ADVERTISE AS HAVING A POOL UNLESS THEY ACTUALLY SAY THAT! Wave pool & slides are ok to charge but CERTAINLY NOT FOR A SMALL POOL. WITH THIS, I cannot highly recommend this state park.
  • This place is beautiful and well kept no doubt it is also clean however if you don't have another $200 to $250 to spend while you're in here on swimming ,then I would move to the next Campground. The water park is extra. Alot extra!!!! There is also a second in-ground pool. if you want to swim in it, it will also cost you some more money none of that is including in your purchase. In my opinion a complete and utter rip-off it cost you to Breathe In This Place move on.
  • It is so clean and lovely oak trees throughout park .Lots of fun activity spots within the park for a nominal fee. Good security.
