  • we enjoyed a lot with slides and lazy river. great fun place for kids and adults. will visit again in winter thankyou all ..  more »
  • Very small waterpark but sufficient for my two grandkids. Guests at the hotel can use pool but not the large water slide...that will cost $25 pp.  more »
  • I was disappointed that during my stay, midweek, the big slides were not open. I was told that I could enjoy the pools, but the big slides were not open during midweek. I was disappointed.  more »

  • Good times. I am not sure what all the poor ratings are for? Complaining about the price, and staff, water temperature, and cleanliness. It all fine. In fact I think it is quite a good value, and the staff was right there keeping order (not yelling) . I wish they did yell at some people that have no common sense. This lady was swimming the the lazy river against the current for exercise right in the way of everyone. Some other kids were trying to climb up the slide tubes when they were off etc. The place was clean. Water temp was nice and warm. The only thing I would suggest is they improve lighting. We went on an overcast day and the place is quite dark inside. Why not put in a couple more windows and or a few lights. It would make it look a lot nicer in there. We have a 2½ year old and he was a little scared with all the noise and the huge water dumping every minute or so over the play area. But it was his first experience so it's no big deal. There were younger kids and they seem to be fine so it depends on your child. We will go back I am sure when my son is a little older I am sure.
  • The kids had a blast in the water park, my youngest had a small issue with her skin sensitivity due to the large amount of chlorine in the water. The "staff" of lifeguards seemed absolutely miserable leaning against the pylons not watching the water at all. As a former lifeguard their behavior and professionalism was abhorrent. Only one out of the three on the floor actually watched the water at all. As for my stay at the hotel everything was clean and comfortable but the other guests seemed to stay up till 0400hrs running up and down the halls above us.
  • Not a waterpark. Just a glorified pool. Not worth the money or time. Hot tub broken. Game room way too small. Made our own fun in hotel room.
  • This place is terrible! Who do they think they are?? 315 a night for a room with water park passes ...25.00 for a day pass!!! What a joke! 2 slides and a lazy river... not even worse part tho... lifeguards care more about socializing than safety and rules.... never had one around and I always had to hunt one down to complain about all the rough housing there! 7 bucks for a locker! Life jackets were all broke down and all funky. Super humid there and no changing rooms just toilets. I could never justify 25.00 per person for this! Michigan adventures is practically the same price!
  • Pros- My kids ages 3 yrs, 9 yrs, and 11 yrs were entertained for 4 hours. Along with my nephews ages 12 and 13 and my mom and boyfriend plus me and my bf had a great time. The place was clean and not crowded on a friday. Everything except the hot tub bubbles (which kind of worked after a nice lifeguard helped turn them on) were up and running. The water was perefect temp and the hot tub even better. The life guards were mostly paying attention so i was glad to see them watching the guests. Id recommend it to any one. The cons- For a person like me on a very small budget even after the awesome bogo coupons i still payed 60.00 for 5 of us including my 3 yr old son( which i couldve saved $6.00 if they would have allowed me to use my other coupon for $6 off any day pass). The place is a little small for the amount being charged. Also I was upset about the hours of being opened on a friday are 3 pm till 10 pm. For me i drove 2 hours to get there and then at one point we were politely asked by a manager to have my kids leave the small kid area for 10 mins to have the ph balanced. My thing is im happy they care but couldnt they have done that before 3 pm? The other thing i was disappointed about was the bar and grille? restaurant was not open at all for the summer so we had to find a different place for food. The drinks they sold for $2 each tasted a little flat but at least they were cold. Make sure you watch your kids around the bathrooms and concession stands as the floors are very slippery when wet and my 3 yr slipped 5 different times and i came close to which would have pissed me off as i just fractured my toe the week before . Also one final thing is that if your there to just watch bring a fan or something the inside is very hot so just standing still made me sweat before we left waiting on my kids to play the video games upstairs. And dont recommend the friendly pub as the service was super slow and the food was not great. So as a final review i do recommend this to all ages but please take note of my cons and itll be an awesome experience for everyone.
