  • Good collection. Some of the pieces are very nice. I really liked several of the landscapes, especially and even liked 'East' by Katz and I'm not a modernist fan. Definitely worth spending an hour or so enjoying on winter day.
  • One of the premier college art museum for American Art in the nation now has the Lunder Institute for American Art. Fabulous collection and staff.
  • Nice art museum. Free admission. Nice campus
  • Beautiful facility, wonderful staff, always something new on display!
  • Absolutely worth the road trip to this museum in Colby, fantastic collection of sculptures by Remington, Oldenburg, and even Eakins! I also like the contemporary wing of Alex Katz's monumental paintings and cut-outs. The Lunder collection is really impressive ranging from American greats like Whistler to O'Keefe to Rembrandt prints.
