  • Don't get me wrong it's a fun day of shopping but there isn't anything too special about it. I go for a few specific stores like Christmas tree shop, the primitive store, and the children's place. Oth...  read more »
  • very nice mall all the stores were neat and clean . the people were very helpful. loved Gertrude hawk chocolates .and all of the many eateries . easy to get to off the highway.
  • For the area its more than acceptable, compared to malls in other cities it leaves a lot to be desired (visiting malls all down the east coast). The mall however offers many big name stores in a very clean family friendly environment. This mall is a good stop and for the city of Watertown its stayed well above the cities undeniable decline.
  • Good as we can expect for a small town! Modern, good store variety/selection, has all the basics. Good food court right next to the Regal movie theater. Tons of parking even during holidays.
  • Small mall with small versions of Sears and JCPenneys, nice food court and great movie theater. There used to be a great restaurant in the mall where you could sit down and eat, I wish they would do that again, now there is just the food court and a pub.Usually slow except around the holidays.Very convenient and only a half hour from Canada border.
  • We stop here in July for the Gertrude Hawk Chocolates located near the Bon Ton entrance. This stop included a Verizon Wireless located near Best Buy. While we were waiting, the girl who supposedly runs the coffee booth on the food court stepped out of her booth and confronted a patron with a choice of nasty words. This wasn't just a quiet situation; loud and very rude from a store owner in a mall. The Mall Security sat in their booth watching with amusement and not making a attempt to control the situation. As the patron walked away, the coffee girl, in a very loud way, shouted words that were not appropriate for younger children. We watched, after the confrontation, a person of interest from the mall approach the coffee girl. Didn't look like much had happened with the coffee girl since my revisit at Verizon yesterday with the girl still serving coffee!
  • Decent amount of stores. Got a good one for board games. Some pretty exotic titles for upstate NY.
