  • The Roswell P Flower Memorial Library is the local library here in Watertown. Part of the North Country Library System, the Roswell P Flower Memorial has access to a wide selection of books from all across the North Country. The architecture is splendid, there are historical pieces of art to be found on the walls, and the staff are always friendly. If you live books, or just want to take advantage of the free WiFi this is a must stop whether you are local or just visiting.
  • Great service, clean and a friendly place to go for books and more! Really enjoy the architecture in this library too.
