  • Easy access from the NYS Thruway. Plenty of parking and a lot of stores to choose from. There is a food court if you want to grab a quick bite or if you need something to drink. The bathrooms were kep...  more »
  • This outlet mall is pretty good. It's not that walkable and the stores are sort of spread out. Parking is abundant but sometimes hard to get near the stores. It can be hard to find the kiosk that you need in order to get the coupon book and sometimes they run out. There's an awesome restaurant called Big Greek in the food court area.
  • Waterloo offers a good selection of stores in a variety of areas. My biggest etc concern is that all the stores that I enjoy tend to close, many times not replaced by a similar store, leaving a void in that shopping category.
  • Nice collection of stores. Prices were not exactly what I was expecting for an outlet mall, a bit high in my opinion. Also the restrooms for the public were not very convenient. Plenty of parking.
  • Brick and mortar shopping has really lost its appeal and competitiveness to online retailers. Still, if you want a semi-decent place to shop and not be stuck inside the stale air of a fully enclosed mall, the Waterloo Outlets are the place to go.
  • Relatively cheap prices, make sure you come early in the day as it'll take quiet a while to cover all outlets
