  • This was my third winery of the day and I have to say they had good wine. I appeared to be the first visit of the day and Emily (I think that was her name) took good care of me. None of the wines were...  read more »
  • The best of three vineyards we visited on this trip. All were good but the combination of the wine, the view and the general atmosphere made 8 Chains North the best. We bought several bottles of wine.
  • I visited this winery with family and had Katie as our wine tasting associate. The wine was flavorful to taste and exactly as described during the tasting. It had a good boost of alcohol content. The ...  read more »
  • Enjoyed the chocolate and wine tasting last year. This year the wine isn't as citrusy as last, unfortunately. Good location tho, friendly folks.
  • The tasting room welcomes you and has always been a relaxing environment. Granted, dogs are allowed, but dog owners often mind their dogs if they act up a bit. The wine is wonderful and hasn't disappointed me once. The staff are very accommodating and the views from the back patio are very calming. Inside, during the winter, there is a full on fire place which confirms the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend at least a visit, but I'm fairly confident you'll want to come back.
  • We went over 4th of July weekend - it was busy but not packed. We brought along our black lab and the staff and people visiting the winery were so accommodating. They made sure my husband and I and our dog were comfortable. Our dog had the best time and the wines were fantastic too!
  • My (new) husband and I got married here last Saturday. It was gorgeous. Being January, we got married indoors, but were able to take advantage of the beautiful scenery with a few photos in the vineyard. We had our ceremony by the fireplace, and then the reception was in the beautiful event space in the next room. The room is beautiful, with gorgeous chandeliers, but with rustic tones, including a breathtaking cork wall. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Our 85 guests all commented it was one of the nicest, most intimate and most personal weddings they've ever attended. We are so thankful to the 8 Chains staff for making our wedding a day we'll never forget.
  • Have been a fan for years. Ben is a master. Great atmosphere and staff; and a dog area!
