  • It's a small museum that will take only an hour or two, but it's well worth the trip. Plenty of activities for the kids, both as separate activity areas and incorporated into the history exhibits. Int...  more »

  • The way I understand it, the director of this place has banned all law enforcement officers or anyone who has a concealed carry permit. And refuse to call the police if any crime is committed. They are also full supporters of the domestic terrorist organization of Black Lives Matter. Now this being a public place and a museum of history, where does the director have permission or the Authority to place such a ban? I will continue to post on social media as well local and national news channel's until either the ban is removed or the director is replaced.
  • Great museum and also great staff! Definitely worth a visit.
  • Knowledge is power to learn new things
  • It's nice to know about this place. Good place to learn about the area history. Need time to learn everything. I would prefer to visit the place thought several visits if you are interested in history. The first floor by the reception has special exhibitions from time to time. I like the idea. One section would be dedicated for an artist from a past era while the other for contemporary artist. Also, the second and third floor has special exhibitions. In the day of opening a new exhibitions and there is a reception the museum is open for public for free. There is enough parking.
  • The old mesuem showed a lot more details as far as history goes. This new mesuem can't hold a candle to the old one. Basically it should be redone to show real history. After all isn't that the whole idea! !!!
