  • We've been coming to Long Beach for many years while we were working. At that time we stayed at The Breakers, always a good experience. Now we are retired and we came to Long Beach for June, July & Au...  read more »
  • This is a small building with a lot going on. We were in town when a duo was performing. Has the feel of a house concert. Great price, beer & wine available for purchase. Tea, coffee, popcorn & cookie...  read more »
  • We are kite builders and fliers. This was our 21st year of attending “kite week” on the Long Beach peninsula. That should be enough said about how much we like it. Over those years we have “explored” ...  read more »
  • The hotel had been remodeled beautifully and the rooms are quite spacious. The continental breakfast was adequate. The young lady that checked is in Friday night was quite nice and helpful. Sunday we stayed in our room a little longer in the morning and I received a call asking when we would like someone to come in and clean or room, I had told them that we were leaving around noon for the day. When we returned nothing was touched. Left yesterday and had my bill emailed to me. On their website it states that the cost for pets was $20 per day, up to 2 dogs no bigger than 80lbs with a charge no more than $100 per week. Well, I was charged $25 per dog (I had 2 little ones) per day a total of $150. When I called, the manager started to argue that it was $25 and asked where I read this (I read it verbatim to her from their website)Now my understanding was that $20 per day covered both dogs as it does not say per dog. She ended up refunding $75 of the $150 that was charged on my card. My suggestion is to go down to the Adrift and stay where they tell you it's $10 per dog and sane yourself from being overcharged.
  • Terrible hotel, you ask for things, they promise to give them to you and they don't. If you have a problem with room location they don't care. If you have a service dog they treat you like any other quest with a dog. Over priced for bad service but room was clean and Lois doing the breakfast was very sweet that's the only thing good. Watch out for Lana at front desk, she has a temper if you confront her with negative comment.
  • The room was adorable and the amenities were great. The beds were comfortable and the TV easy to navigate. The continental breakfast was good, even though it does shut down early. I would recommend it to anyone.
  • Ladies at the front desk are genuinely polite, caring and accommodating. The room was clean and wonderful with a very comfy bed! The breakfast was delicious. It was a wonderful stay, would definitely do it again! :)
  • This hotel is hands down the best place to stay in Long Beach Wa. Especially if you have pets. Let's just say they are the most kind and understanding front desk/management we have ever had to deal with. So very kind but also letting us know their pet policies etc. Everything was done in an adult manner and was positive and friendly. The rooms, beds, cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast is fantastic....and no hotel can go wrong with warm fresh baked chocolate chip cookies when you pass by the front desk. (No matter how many times you walk past that front desk) Ps....that was personally found out by my cookie monster eating husband! Lol Enjoy your stay! You will not be disappointed!
