  • Never staying here again. There are many times in your life where you may ask a question and if the other person does not know the answer, they could simply say "no". Instead they babble on to attempt to appear as they know something about what you asked because they can't answer the specific thing you asked them. AKA, the single important thing you care about. Today I asked the person bringing the breakfast out if there was any butter in the potatoes, I don't eat butter. They couldn't just say "no". I was told that the had rosemary and garlic and that there was probably some kind of oil added to them, but all they know is that they were rosemary and garlic seasoned. I asked the person if they could find out what the ingredients are, and then get back to me. The person quietly told me that all of their food comes in boxes and blah blah blah, pretty much what I heard was that it didn't matter what was in the food, it's not their problem because they just hear it up out of the box. I went to the front desk to investigate and see if I could get an answer from someone else. This is why I will never stay here again. Let me first say that I am not a person who wants to go around the same circle with another person, so I was setting her up with knowledge of situation, and I was of course upset, and you could say that I could have been even a little angry. Not hostile! When a person is upset and is trying to explain to you why or ask you a question, maybe they might sound angry if you give them the same answer of, we don't know what is in our food that we serve our guests, while interrupting that person while they are talking and treating that person like you are busy and have things to do. Go ahead and and get on the phone or go ask the first person I had already talked to to call your box precooked breakfast item provider what the ingredients are. I will never stay here again. I will not be told and accused that I was acting in a hostile manner. I am allowed to be upset. I did not point any fingers, I was not screaming, I did not use any foul language, I was not throwing anything, I was not punching anything or making any threats (physically or verbally) nor did I break anything. If you want to stay here, have fun, just don't make any complaints because they will give you a stare as if you were about to go postal and accuse you of being "hostile". Especially refrain from inquiring what the ingredients are in the food that they serve. I am a person who feels that it is my right to know what I am eating.
  • Very nice room. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
  • This hotel is amazing!!! The best service and they treat you so great!!!! They love what they do and are very helpful to guests. I recommend this place for sure, I love everything about it. They get a 10 stars, foods good, rooms are cleaned, and coffee is perfect too. This will be my number one place to stay in long beach, WA. Thank you so much to the wonderful manager Kristina and Hannah for showing my mother and I a wonderful Mother's Day weekend. You both came to the rescue and we can't thank you enough for your hospitality😄
  • The hotel had been remodeled beautifully and the rooms are quite spacious. The continental breakfast was adequate. The young lady that checked is in Friday night was quite nice and helpful. Sunday we stayed in our room a little longer in the morning and I received a call asking when we would like someone to come in and clean or room, I had told them that we were leaving around noon for the day. When we returned nothing was touched. Left yesterday and had my bill emailed to me. On their website it states that the cost for pets was $20 per day, up to 2 dogs no bigger than 80lbs with a charge no more than $100 per week. Well, I was charged $25 per dog (I had 2 little ones) per day a total of $150. When I called, the manager started to argue that it was $25 and asked where I read this (I read it verbatim to her from their website)Now my understanding was that $20 per day covered both dogs as it does not say per dog. She ended up refunding $75 of the $150 that was charged on my card. My suggestion is to go down to the Adrift and stay where they tell you it's $10 per dog and sane yourself from being overcharged.
  • Ladies at the front desk are genuinely polite, caring and accommodating. The room was clean and wonderful with a very comfy bed! The breakfast was delicious. It was a wonderful stay, would definitely do it again! :)
