  • It is a very well kept site. I was honored to pay my respect to President Lincoln in visiting the home where he passed away.
  • Great compliment to Ford's Theater visit. Rooms setup in fashion From Lincoln's time. Highly recommended to visit if going To Ford's Theater.
  • Its makes it very easy to picture this event as it actually happened. Small house so be prepared for that if you are trying to navigate kids.
  • After Fords Theatre you must visit this place to have a good icon of this fatal afternoon 1865....
  • We toured the Peterson House (where President Lincoln was taken after being shot and died the next morning) because we could not get into Ford's Theater due to a showing. There was a lot of history about Lincoln and the quest to capture those responsible for his assassination.
