  • This is a memorial monument located near Union Station in Washington, DC. Where I see the White House, Lincoln Memorial, back to the station. Appears if you walked on the sidewalk made of low Memorial was impressive.

  • As the family of a retired police officer, it was rather disappointing. It's a nice thought but it has been built on top of a subway station with the elevators right in the middle.
  • Passed by before but never really took the time to soak in the meaning of the memorial. Happen to walk by it again from a walk from Union Station to White House area but this time stopped and reflecte...  more »

  • The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial is a very well-done, serene, and honorable testament to public servants throughout our Nation's history. This includes a directory of each officer to loose his/her life in the line of duty, and directing to where the name is inscribed in the memorial. The design of the memorial is very well done, very somber and honorable, complements stately area buildings well. This is a very-well done Memorial that is right in the heart of DC. Definitely a good visit.
  • Extremely moving place. As an LEO I highly recommend a visit by everyone who is in the industry or close to it in any way. Great reminder of the sacrifices these men and women have made to keep up safe. #bluefamily
  • Awe inspiring monument that it will never be complete as we continue to add the names of our fallen heroes year after year. Honor them, remember them and their sacrifice! 'Walk the beat on Heaven's streets, you've done your time in hell.'
  • I had a fantastic visit here. It just so happens that today was the day for the memorial service. I was able to witness the various companies with their bagpipes from all across the country coming to the memorial to recognize those that gave all so that we can have our freedoms so very touching moving place.
  • Able to view my Uncle Davis McCutchen's name on the wall. Bucket list
