  • This place is great. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is attentive and easy to locate in the building. Would highly recommend everyone coming here.
  • The place is clean and well kept and generally a good place for family fun. Avoid the weekends or rainy days as it can be extremely crowded at those times, go on a weeknight if you really want to enjoy it. I do have to agree with another reviewer in that there could be more staffing to monitor guests' behavior. I've seen plenty of examples of out of control kids with no parents around and staff that does not address the aggressive behavior.
  • This place was great! There is quite an extensive liability form to sign but they make the process easy by having it computerized and right at the door. I have a five year old and a two year old and there was plenty of places for them to both jump safely. Also each "pit" is supervised by a worker and the one at the little kids area was all over any issues that occurred. You are also assigned a color and it is announced when your time is over so it was easy to explain to the kids when it was time to go.
  • Great if you can get there when it's not crowded. It's crazy there if there are a lot of kids jumping.
  • This was HORRIBLE! You now have to buy socks to "bounce safely" yet the staff does nothing to ensure the safety of your child. A number of older kids and adults were bouncing in my young son's square knocking him over and the staff did NOTHING. Never going back.
